Shakshouka (from Love & Lemons, and beyond)

Shakshouka is a lovely Mediterranean dish consisting of eggs poached in a tomato sauce, olive oil, peppers, onion and garlic. Serve with warm, crusty bread.

I make pasta cabornara when I'm craving pasta, but out of sauce- I make Shakshouka when I am craving sauce, but out of pasta.


This dish is super easy, absolutely delicious, and fully customizable.
