Ricotta For Breakfast

Ricotta is seriously one of the most versatile cheeses out there. And, it's not that bad for you.

Here are some of my favorite ideas for quick and easy breakfasts featuring Ricotta cheese.

First, the easiest. Nick from Macheesemo suggests that you swap out a slice of cheddar for a scoop of ricotta on your morning breakfast sandwich.

Heidi from Taste adds banana, honey, and fruit to make a deliciously easy ricotta bowl, while Epicurious breaks down how to get creative with the process.
