There's nothing like a good soup to warm your soul on a chilly winter afternoon.
Aside from egg drop soup and ramen, I don't typically associate eggs with soup- but this week got me thinking... and drooling over these amazing recipes.
First, GFF Magazine's gluten free ramen noodles, is an absolute must-try. So is this Italian egg drop soup from Eating Well. I never thought to poach an egg with ginger, but kitchn's gingery poached egg soup has me curious. Finally, Food Networks bacon-and-egg soup looks like something out of a breakfast/lunch dream.
